Christopher D. Burk, Esq. is an attorney interested in protecting the "little guy" in society. He is not afraid of taking on the big, powerful insurance companies or the multi-billion dollar casinos which often try to avoid liability or "stick it to" the little guy. No matter what the injury, you will be a priority in Mr. Burk’s practice.

Mr. Burk was born in Ely, England during a time in which his father served abroad in the United States Air Force. Mr. Burk was actually raised in Beavercreek, Ohio (Go Beavers!)  As a youngster, he enjoyed playing soccer, basketball and wrestling. He went to The Ohio State University, graduating with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Communication.In addition,Mr. Burk was the Social Chairman and Vice-President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Mr. Burk was also a regular volunteer for the Special Olympics and Ohio Cancer Research.

Mr. Burk then shifted gears and relocated out West to attend graduate school. While attending The Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, Mr. Burk was elected Student Body President. In addition, he was appointed by the Dean to the Faculty- Selection Committee, the Diversity Committee. Preparing for his career as a litigator, Mr. Burk competed in several regional and national mock trial competitions on the school's first team. Mr. Burk also interned for the Alternate Public Defender’s Office all three years he attended TJSL gaining valuable courtroom experience.

While in law school, Mr. Burk was also elected as the National Vice-Chair (SBA) for the American Bar Association – Law Student Division. this was an incredible honor as this one position is selected by all of the Student Body Presidents of all the ABA Accredited law schools across the country. Mr. Burk was elected over candidates from Harvard, Duke and Cal-Berkeley.

He is currently a member of the Nevada Bar Association and the Nevada Justice Association (formerly the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice before the Courts of Nevada, Arizona and California. Mr. Burk passed all three states' bar exams on the first try!

In his spare time, Mr. Burk has been a Big Brother for the Las Vegas Chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters for 5 years now. His little brother, Taylor, and he, enjoy spending time participating in sports, going to movies and (of course) playing the Wii. Mr. Burk enjoys working out, playing soccer, jiu-jitsu, yoga and spending time with his friends.
