Bernstein and Poisson are caring and extremely professional Las Vegas lawyers. I hired them to assist me with a malpractice case against a doctor who carelessly injured me. The trial was handled by attorney Scott Poisson who put on the most amazing jury trial for me and won a verdict on August 1, 2012 in the amount of $420696.89. Scott spoke the most vividly descriptive speech in the opening statement and did the same in the closing statement summarizing the evidence for the jury. He was a master at jury selection. He was totally prepared and helped me through the litigation process always answering all questions. Scott Poisson is an incredible trial attorney. He has the most amazing photographic memory which helped him know my file that looked like it filled up two complete file cabinets. His Partner Jack Bernstein was caring and helpful all the way through too. Jack was at the important hearings in front of the judge helping with legal arguments, and both Scott and Jack attended a mediation with me before trial. I want to tell every person in Nevada and Las Vegas that needs a trustworthy and hard working personal injury lawyer and law firm to hire Bernstein and Poisson. I will never meet a team of lawyers as professional as the lawyers Jack Bernstein and Scott Poisson that worked on my case. I had a different lawyer at first and was getting poor service.
