Driver in Las Vegas Hit-and-Run Accident Arrested

The Las Vegas hit-and-run accident that led to the arrest occurred on Monday evening at 7:20 p.m. when the driver, identified as Chris Scott Kiser, ran his vehicle up onto the sidewalk in front of Margaritaville Las Vegas and hit three pedestrians, injuring all of them.  The casino is on the strip and is located at 3555 Las Vegas Boulevard South.  All three people who were injured were taken to the hospital, but none appear to have suffered life-threatening injuries.  Police have charged Kiser with drunken driving, failure to maintain a lane, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with an out-of-state suspended license.  He was located and identified a few hours later when an officer stopped his vehicle.
