Las Vegas car accidents happen on a regular basis, and when they do occur, they often involve one driver who was at fault when he or she collided with another. However, Nevada law states that drivers of any vehicle owe a duty of care to anyone around them, and that includes their passengers. Tragically, two people lost their lives in a one-car Las Vegas accident on Monday, and their names have been released.

Walking across busy streets is always a hazardous choice to make, even if someone is following all of the relevant traffic laws. Unfortunately, this type of activity can and does lead to accidents, and sadly, that's exactly what occurred recently when a 19-year-old man was killed in a Henderson pedestrian accident. Police are still investigating the details of the incident, but at this point it appears that no criminal charges will be filed.

We posted earlier this week in regards to a Las Vegas pedestrian accident that was ruled a hit-and-run after the driver fled the scene. As we mentioned, crashes like this one with witnesses tend to lead to the identification and ultimate apprehension of the suspect, and that appears to be what's occurred in the aftermath of this incident. Police have located the man believed to be responsible for hitting three people in the accident in question.
