Glen Howard

Mr. Howard was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Resource Management in 1998, Mr. Howard worked as an Executive Consultant to Fortune 500 companies for two years.

In his executive consulting capacity Mr. Howard consulted on market research, industry intelligence, human resource issues and benefit analysis. Mr. Howard then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2003. Mr. Howard came to Las Vegas in 2003 and worked for many years for an Insurance defense firm where his practice focused on construction defect litigation, homeowner issues and protecting small business rights.

Mr. Howard has handled a variety of other matters for his clients, including drafting/revising contracts, commercial and residential real estate transactions, business formations and trademark registration and litigation. Mr. Howard brings a wealth of experience dealing with and working directly with Insurance carriers and adjusters. Mr. Howard vigorously protects the rights of many injured people in arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Howard is licensed to practice law in Nevada State and Federal Court. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and its New Lawyer Committee.
