Jason C. Barron Esq.

Jason C. Barron is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada Mr. Barron graduated in May, 1996 with high honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in Communications Studies with a concentration in English. He graduated as a recipient of the prestigious Milkin Communications Scholarship Award before attending law school at Notre Dame University Law School in Notre Dame, Indiana.

After graduating from Notre Dame in 2000, Mr. Barron returned to Nevada to sit for the 2000 Nevada State Bar. After passing the 2000 Nevada State Bar, Mr. Barron became licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada. Mr. Barron has a broad-based legal experience in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in personal injury litigation and collection of judgments. He has unique legal experience, both from a defense and plaintiff perspective, and is an aggressive litigator in protecting the rights of the injured.  Mr. Barron believes in diligence and fairness- and actively prosecuting the rights of those injured through no fault of their own.

Mr. Barron has vigorously protected the rights of many injured people in arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and jury and bench trials in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has first and second chair trial experience and extensive discovery/litigation experience. In the summer of 2006, Mr. Barron was lead counsel in a jury trial in a catastrophic personal injury case resulting in a seven-figure settlement for his clients. The settlement was an insurance policy-limits case and promptly collected.

Jason C. Barron practices in such areas as premises liability; negligent security; auto accidents; slip/trip and falls; products liability; catastrophic injury and general negligence and tort law. Mr. Barron is a member of the Nevada State Bar and Clark County Bar Associations.
