Since 1993, Mr. Poisson has worked exclusively on protecting the rights of the injured. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and received his Bachelors degree from Davidson College in 1990 where he majored in Economics. Mr. Poisson is admitted to practice in Florida, Nevada and Arizona. In addition, he has worked on catastrophic injury cases in Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.
