Police Searching for Pastor Accused of Las Vegas Sexual Abuse

Recent years have led to disturbing news from all over the world regarding alleged sexual abuse by religious leaders, pastors and members of the clergy.  Unfortunately, Nevada is not immune to this terrible problem that seems to be growing in scope.  This reality was reinforced with news that police are searching for a local pastor of a congregation who has been accused of several acts of Nevada sexual abuse.  At this point, as many as 11 different allegations have been made, and police are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this suspect to come forward.

According to the authorities, these alleged instances of Nevada sexual abuse have occurred several times in recent years in both Las Vegas and in Henderson.  The pastor, who leads the congregation at the United Faith Church in Las Vegas, has been accused of 11 different acts of sexual abuse on children under the ages of 16 and 14 as more and more children have come forward.  The pastor has already been arrested more than once for prior allegations, but new accusations have led to another arrest warrant.  Police are unable to locate the suspect, and they seem to believe that he is somewhere in California.
